Cancellation Policy

- Please do not bring any additional guests - New clients are strongly advised to undergo a patch test at least 48 hours before their appointment - Please ensure your eye areas and eyelashes are clean before your eyelash appointment - I do not offer refunds under any circumstances - appointments may be rescheduled if given 24 hour notice - There will be a 15 minute grace period. Any later may result in a £10 fee or cancellation of service (deposit will not be refunded) - I do not infill other lash techs work. Any existing lashes will need to be removed for a fresh set - I do not lash heavily pregnant clients due to risk. - If a client chooses to decline or forego a recommended patch test, they do so at their own risk, and I shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes that may result.
